When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely using bcrypt hashing). When you use our service, we collect screen recordings you upload, guide content generated from your recordings, and usage data such as guides created and storage used.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process your recordings through AI analysis, generate narration for your video guides, manage your account and billing, and communicate with you about service updates.
3. AI Processing
Your screen recordings are analyzed by Anthropic's Claude API to identify workflow steps and generate descriptions. Audio narration is generated using ElevenLabs' text-to-speech API. These third-party services process your data according to their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Anthropic (Claude API) for AI analysis, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, and LemonSqueezy for payment processing. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Recordings and generated videos are stored according to your plan's storage limits. You may delete your guides and associated data at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, request a copy of your data in a portable format, opt out of certain data processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, secure authentication with hashed passwords, and HTTPS for all data transmission.
