Terms of Service - GuidAIfy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuidAIfy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service; or share your account credentials with others.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the screen recordings and content you upload. You own the video guides generated from your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. GuidAIfy retains ownership of the platform, software, and branding.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to analyze recordings and generate narration. AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of generated guides before sharing or publishing them.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit packs are non-refundable and do not expire.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GuidAIfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
